Quilt for an Hour Project

Is there anyone out there still working on this project? I'm so sorry that we were interrupted by blogger. I'm going to go ahead and post all the instructions, separate posts for each hour, because some are not working on it right now but are saving it for later use.

I will do another one. Maybe I'll start one on the first of each month and that will help us use our stash. You will always get to see the quilt before we start so it is not a mystery and you can decide if you want to do it or not.

So long as I hear from you that you are doing it and I'd like for you to send me pictures or direct me to your blog and give me permission to post your pictures on my webshots page so we can have one spot to see all the quilts. Of couse, they do not have to be quilted and even if you went off on your own and changed the design, I'd still like to see it.

Thanks!

Judy L.

Judy, I didn't feel like I could do this one with canning and all that my life demands, but with Fall around the corner I am hoping to get involved in the next one, please keep 'em coming!!!

I do have the pattern for the current one.

Feel free to use my picture, here's a link to my quilt top.

I really love the whole one-hour-a-day thing and I've been sticking with it (but not timing myself) - but I only stick with it if I know what I'll be doing that day. It does require a little planning, but I'm loving how progressive I am!! :)

Hi Judy, I am sewing and loving how your quilt pattern it turning out. I'm doing a 3 x 4 layout and will do plain borders - I'm doing it smaller so that I can donate it to our Charity Quilt Program at Guild. You're a great motivator - thanks!

Yes I'm still working on it. Just haven't been able to do much this week. I should be finishing up tomorrow if nothing else comes up. Hopefully a picture by Sunday at http://nancyquilts.blogspot.com

I'm still working on mine, too. I'm ready to do the sashing between the blocks. I've been enjoying this, and of course when the top is finished, feel free to use the picture.

Judy, I am still working on my quilt and enjoying every minute. I should have the top finished this weekend but DH is out of town with the camera and I will not have a picture available until Wednesday.

I like the idea of a quilt every month. That would really help me get the stash down to a managable size.
